Sweet sixteen: Please find a way to enjoy these years. I'm not forgetting that they are often stressful and painful emotionally. But, if this diagnosis is what's concerning you, please try to let it go. Adolescence can include these symptoms quite naturally - also, few treatments would prescribe risky drugs for it. Talk therapy or counseling may help you focus on more useful things in life. Relax, enjoy, learn.

Cyclothymia: Cyclothymia can be thought of as a low grade version of bipolar disorder. That is to say, cyclothymics do experience similar mood swings, but not to the intensity of those experienced by those suffering from bipolar disorder. A psychiatric evaluation is in order with appropriate mood stabilizing meds as needed and a referral to a reputable psychotherapist who specializes in mood disorders.
