A member asked:

When will a baby be able to burp on their own without mommy's help?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Burping your baby: By around 2 or 3 months-old, babies no longer need to be regularly burped. At this age, babies start spending more time upright and awake, in infant seats and strollers, so they're able to get most of the burps up on their own.
