Probably not: Early first trimester scans are very accurate (usually within a day or two) for dating pregnancies. Keep in mind that if an ultrasound says you are 6 weeks 0 days, that means the conception occurred approximately 4 weeeks 0 days ago assuming a 28 day cycle and ovulation on day 14. 6 weeks should correlate with the first day of the last menstrual period, not the conception event.
