Medications: they can give you anti-emetics to help stop the vomiting. they can also give IV fluids if you are dehydrated from vomiting. the er can also check your electrolyte levels and replace as needed.

Dehydration...: Persistent vomiting for that length of time can be very dangerous because it can lead to electrolyte imbalance that can affect the functioning of vital organs like the heart and kidneys. Initial ER assessment will include labs and evaluation your fluid status. If they elicit an immediate need for fluid resuscitation, they might admit you for observation overnight for fluids. Feel better.

Work up : They will do blood work. Imaging and examine you to try and find a cause. Also give you IV fluids, anti nausea and maybe pain medication. All should make you feel better
