Definitely you can: just follow instruction from the prescribing physician because Amitriptyline and melatonin both increase sedation and drowsiness. Another problem with Amitriptyline is a weight gain (no junk food) and dry mouth (stay hydrated). Rec.: if concerned talk to your physician. Sweet dreams.
