Dirt Germs: While good hygiene has its value in protection against illness to including parasites what you describe is unlikely to be a risk to you. Washing your hands with every possible exposure could lead into an unhealthy phobia or preoccupation with germs. Practice sensible hygiene within norms. Washing too often or too little should be avoided in favor of normal usual hygiene. I think your safe.

Raccoon Roundworms: Per The CDC only 22 documented cases of Baylisascaris procyonis were reported in the US during 1973–2010. So, this would be pretty unlikely.
