Issues: Most of the time birth control pills are going to work to help regulate a menstrual cycle. However, sometimes they don't work as effectively as one would like. When that happens you might want to have Dr. look for other causes, like weight (thin/heavy), thyroid, Von Willebrands. Dont give up talk to another doctor and see what testing or options there are
