?trauma: Assuming no injury, there's no single explanation that would account for all those locations. Pain the right upper quadrant (abdomen) always suggests gall stones/biliary tract disease. Right lower chest suggests pleurisy or muscular pain. Can't tie in R hand and R leg unless you've been injured.
