Pregnancy: Breast soreness , vaginal discharge, nausea along with other signs could be a sign of pregnancy. Irregular periods could be 1. Normal 2. stress - physical or emotional 3. endocrine abnormalities (hormonal abnormalities) 4. uterine issues among other things. Irregular menses (periods) need medical evaluation by a medical professional.
