I have a pea size soft lump in front of one ear. not sick currently but i do have seasonal allergies flaring. is this normal?

Lymph node ?: This could be a pre-auricular lymph node but it still is possible this may be a lump in the parotid gland directly in front of the ear. Have it checked out by by ENT doctor.
