Its getting the treatment that is the issue and also getting it in a suitable time frame.

I think about $146: The best information i could find (i'm based in the U.S.) so i'm not too familiar stated that they would pay $146-approx $200 depending on the tooth in england. I'm really not sure how accurate that is.
