I have severe sound phobia. i sometimes take kitotifen 1mg once for alergy flu. but when i take that my sound phobia increases. why?

Puzzled: The major side effects of Ketotifen is drowsiness and thus it should have dimmed your phobia instead of increasing it. Suggest you try another antihistamine. Be sure to use your nasal spray correctly by aiming it towards the lateral part of the nose and perhaps you may not need to take any antihistamine at all.
