I know my pregnant wife should avoid cold lunch meat but what about beef jerky?

She should avoid : All smoked/salted meats during pregnancy. She should also avoid Klonopin, (clonazepam) as the baby can be born with a benzo addiction, which is very hard to come off...I would also recommend testing and treatment for MTHFR 677 & 1298 genotypes. Treatment is L-methylfolate, P5P, and methylcobalamin--all natural. Could explain Mom's anxiety and help!
