pain in my ear and it hurts when i chewing the hurt ear side?

TMD: If the pain in your ear is not associated with a hearing loss or drainage and the pain is intensified by chewing, the diagnosis is more like related to your jaw joint or jaw muscles. Try heat and over the counter pain meds and see your dentist.
