What are all the anesthesiology specialties?

Many!: Anesthesiologists may have special training and expertise in many areas including anesthesia for cardiac surgery, thoracic (chest) surgery, obstetric cases, pediatric anesthesia, pain management, and intensive care. Today, many anesthesiologists do fellowship training after residency, and all of us attend continuing medical education activities every year. It's a great field!

Multiple: Anesthesiology is itself a specialty, though there are multiple sub-specialties. Pain management, critical care, cardiac, pediatrics are "official" fellowships. Other "unofficial" ones are neuro, ob, regional, perioperative, transplant, and many more. Most are 1 year long after completing residency.
