Thrombosed hemorrhoi: Most likely a focal thrombosed external hemorrhoid. Hemorrhoids have two components, internal hemorrhoids and external hemorrhoids. Internal hemorrhoids typically prolapse, bleed and itch whereas external hemorrhoids swell, clot and cause discomfort. Thrombosed external hemorrhoids respond to alternating ice pack and warm tub soaks. If doesnt go away, m see a colon and rectal surgeon.
