How do i go about tapering off of 37.5 effexor (venlafaxine)?

Try every other day: This is such a small dose, you may be able to simply stop. But if that produces withdrawal symptoms, you could try every other day for 7-10 days. I've also occasionally given one dose of Prozac for patients having trouble getting off low dose Effexor (venlafaxine).
