Conceptional age is: calculated by assuming ovulation occurred 2 weeks after the 1st day of your last period, though it could have happened a day or so before or after. Your approximate date of conception was 4/17/14. The fetal brain & other organs begin to form this week, so it's important to take PNV's with folate (folic acid). Avoid OTC & prescribed meds unless okayed by your OB; avoid alcohol, tobacco & illicit drugs.
