Not 100%: If your sexual partner has Gonorrhea, you should be treated even if you don't have symptoms. About half the women with throat Gonorrhea have no symptoms. The treatment is very simple (compared to having the infection). Your local health department may try and find everyone who was exposed to make sure they are treated. Might as well seek treatment.
