Stomach problem: Abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting most frequently associated with a stomach inflammatory process blocking stomach outflow. This can be a perforating ulcer into retroperitoneum causing pain and possibly slight jaundice. Gastroscopy with possible biopsy followed by CAT scan if needed should resolve the issue and help plan treatment
