Is it safe to take lamisil (terbinafine) tablets and valacyclovir ?

?Other medications?: Lamisil (terbinafine) and valacyclovir do not have any significant drug-drug interactions so by themselves there should not be an issue, but both share interactions with other medications. In general it is always a good idea to check with a pharmacist or your doctor about drug interactions with all your medications before beginning any new medication (though they should be doing this themselves anyway...)
