My index nail & thumb nail on both hands keep having white appear in them, there has been no trauma and my iron and albumin levels are fine, any help?

Not sure: If it looks white under the nail this is not a problem usually. If it is white in the nail may be a fungal problem.

Many possibilities: Some causes of abnormal nail growth include trauma, infection, side effects of medication, and possible systemic diseases such as psoriasis. Have them inspected by a professional to determine the cause of the problem, as treatment varies depending on the diagnosis.
