See a liver doc: I am not sure what you mean but assuming you are positive for hepatitis B surface antigen which means you have active hepatitis B. If this is the case, see a liver specialist (hepatologist) so other lab tests can be checked to determine if you need to be on medicines to control your hepatitis B. Your doctor will determine if you need a liver biopsy based on your lab results.
