Doctor visit.: Tell your doctor about your mood, energy level, concentration, memory, self esteem, motivation levels, sex drive, sleep & appetite. Crying spells, feelings of helplessness or hopelessness are pertinent as well as your capacity to feel joy. Let your doctor know immediately if you have suicidal thoughts. Share about distractibility & concentration. Take care

Not clear on what: you are asking. If you want to know what to tell the doc during your visit and are concerned that you have ADD or depression please tell him/her that. It will help if he/she knows your concerns up front. Peace and good health.
