If birth is something natural, but then are is there a lot of complication?

Death is natural too: Every aspect of our life is subject to dangers, and no living creature has ever survived the process of life. Every process involving our bodies is "natural" and every one is prone to problems -- as natural selection proceeds. A physician knows when to let nature work & when to intervene. Shun anyone who tells you not to accept a physician's guidance in the interest of "natural childbirth."
