Insomnia: Would recommend a formal sleep medicine evaluation before taking barbiturates to sleep.

DON'T DO IT: Barbiturates are very dangerous drugs and are no longer used in most of the world for that purpose, and except for phenobarbital for seizure disorders and barbiturates used in anesthesia, should not be used for ANY purpose.
