Glucose test: For glucose test you should be fasting for at least 8 hours, you may drink water and black cfee withot sugar.Thats the reason most of the time we do fasting blodd work including glucose and cholesterol and triglycerides in the morning so that you can eat after that.

Glucose test: There should be an interval of atleast 8 hours betweeen your last meal and the test. Eat your regular breakfast.
