See urologist ASAP: Paraphimosis if skin remains pulled back & glans is exposed, in which case retracted foresin is swollen & may become gangrenous if uncorrected. Phimosis if foreskin remains covering glans & can not be retracted. Urologist will take care of either problem. Good Luck
