Autoimmune Issues: The first thing I would recommend that you could do on your own is to stop gluten and dairy. I would put you on an elimination diet for other foods, too, for at least a month. I'd stay off the gluten and dairy indefinitely. I recommend you check your MTHFR 677 and MTHFR 1298 genes, too, and treat if you have SNPs.
