How do you prevent stretch marks from losing weight?

You don't.: You get stretch marks from weight gain, not from weight loss. The stretch marks occur because skin is like an envelope that is being filled with fat. When you stretch the envelope, the collagen and elastin support weakens, causing a scar looking stretch mark. Losing weight will not reverse this.
