Different options: Typically you would think of using an over the counter product like Eucerin for patches of very dry skin such as psoriasis. Oily skin is a completely different condition and you would consider a "liquid cleanser" for oily skin around the nose area. If you are not certain that you have psoriasis (c pic) then seeing Dermatologist could really help you select the best therapy for a good complexion.
