Not much these days!: with the oral-only combinations the list of side effects is pleasantly short, compared to the interferon days. anemia, N/V, headaches, taste disturbances, sun sensitivity - but most are quite tolerable. you will be followed quite closely though with q2-4 w bloodwork and some centers only dispense one week of medications at a time (given $$$cost).
