Not sure what you: mean by "rebuild." There is no magic formula. Abstinence from alcohol and time do most of the work. A standard multivitamin and some extra-strength B-vitamins (thiamine 50 mg, Folic Acid 1-2 mg, Niacin 100 mg) may help, but a healthy balanced diet, and reasonable exercise are even better. Your doctor can tell you if there is liver, heart or nerve damage and recommend specific therapies.
