Whenever i go to pee, there is crust inside my penis. i have to clear it out before peeing. how can i eliminate this crust from forming?

See a urologist: When you refer to crust inside the penis, I assume that you are not circumcised. If you are forming material that is present every time you urinate, it does not sound like it is consistent with buildup of smegma that is produced by the foreskin of the penis. You should have a medical evaluation to make sure that there is not another cause for irritation such as an infection or early malignancy
