Yes and No: If you only have it once for a while and it does not affect your quality of life, just monitor it. But if it happens all the time, see your doctor for further evaluation. The pain you described can be just head and neck muscle spasm but it can also indicate irritation or inflammation of head or facial nerves, which needs to be evaluated sooner rather than later.
