Here are some...: Something worrying you as described needs a test to verify if what you observed really contains sperms or not. Clinically & most likely, your" finding" would be nothing serious and not need to do nothing with it as long as voiding comfortably with good urine flow and emptying bladder well. More? Seek evaluation by a urologist if possible.
