They don't go together: People who have dry eyes or poor tear films are not good candidates for 24/7 contact lenses wear. In order for contact lenses to work properly, you need to have a good tear film, so that the contact lens will not irritate your cornea. There are contact lenses that tend to it be marketed as retaining more moisture on the eyeball. But people with dry eyes should not be sleeping with contact lens in them.

Dry eyes: If you have dry eyes symptoms, it is best to treat them first and stay out of contacts until afterwards. Wearing contact lenses will only make your eyes even more dry. If you cannot, there are contact lenses that may work better in a dry eye environment. See you eye doctor.
