Unlikely: You can develop false results with some HIV antibody tests due to other STDs, syphilis being one classic example, but this can be overcome with further specific testing. You need to see a doctor whose specialty is in STDs or infectious diseases in general.

Twelve Common STDs: No. That is extremely unlikely. It is much better when asking questions of physicians to be more specific and exact about your concerns about your health. Questions with generalities do not give you specific answers.
