What antibodies are transferred from mother to neonate through milk?

IGA: The antibodies are secretory IGA.These are nonspecific and help prevent any germs from attaching to the tissues inside the digestive tract, reducing the frequency of illness. They are not the specific antibodies to things like viruses, measles, etc. that are transferred in the womb during pregnancy.
