Could be anything.: Your symptoms can be due to a number of conditions that you already suffer from i.e stomach discomfort from the acid reflux COPD and non-small cell lung cancer plus the medications you are taking , the steroids, statins, etc. A follow up visit with your PCP is in order to see the status of all these conditions.
