146: After eating our blood sugar normally is elevated and a blood sugar after eating within a few hours of a meal is normal. In the clinic setting we check fasting blood sugars( no food or drink 6-8 hours) then based on those readings we can conclude if there is a problem. Best to see your doctor and let him do some fasting tests if your concerned. :)
