My dad had a cabg in 2008. in 2013, during yearly checkup, the angiogram indicated 70% blockage of the left circumplex artery. should he redo cabg?

No: Circumflex is seldom a reason for single bypass or redo. Also seventy % is borderline for angioplasty or stent unless other methods show it is flow limiting (ultrasound or pressure wire)
