Opk usage: Use the length of your cycles to determine when to use ovulation predictor kits. Average cycle 28 days. Average ovulation 14 days before the last day of your cycle. So if you have 31 day cycle, count back 14 days to day 17 of your cycle. Start using Opk on day 14, 3 days prior to expected ovulation. When it turns positive, you likely ovulated 1 to 2 days prior. Time intercoure accordingly.
