Is constant yawning a symptom of parkinson's disease?

No: No, though people with Parkinson's often have fatigue/ daytime sleepiness issues and disrupted sleep that might cause yawning. The tendency for many with patkinson's to let their mouth droop open could conceivably be confused with yawning as well.
