Is constant yawning a symptom of parkinson's disease?

Dr. Anthony Mosley
Neurology 25 years experience
No: No, though people with Parkinson's often have fatigue/ daytime sleepiness issues and disrupted sleep that might cause yawning. The tendency for many with patkinson's to let their mouth droop open could conceivably be confused with yawning as well.
Dr. Shoaib Shafique
Vascular Surgery 35 years experience
No: It could be a habit or suggest some other undelying problem.
