Sinusitis: If you have been taking Amoxicillin and it has been over 2 weeks and you are not recovering then you may need to follow-up with your doctor. Another antibiotic, or other medication, or a longer course of treatment may be needed. Ten or more days of antibiotics is sometimes required to clear a bacterial sinus infection.
