Misinformed: Please remember we now know that sugar is the enemy not fat. Low fat products are often the WORST calories to eat because they are often thickened with high fructose corn syrup or products high in carbohydrates. Science and medicine now are uniform in recommending you not use fake or low fat products and would rather you use low sugar or low carbohydrate high protein products.
