Some possibilities: Cannot diagnose without seeing Some possibilities include dried creme, scar, yeast infection, warts, cancer does not develop quickly. Pretty much any doc...regular doc, dermatol, gastroenterologist or surgeon could diagnose this but surgeon or GI doc can treat it
