Where: Since between 1/3 and 1/2 of males will develop a breast bud on one or both sides as they enter puberty, it is hard to comment on your question without more data. If located just beneath one or both nipples, it is likely a transient part of normal male thelarche, can last 6mo to a year and fade. At another location, the possibilities would be much different.
