Not likely: Your history mentions 2 previous births. Circumstances supporting pregnancy, include having sexual intercourse without using birth control, a late or missed period, morning sickness. Itching alone does not have a high association with pregnancy. You can always consult with your OB/GYN if suspecting a pregnancy. Best wishes.
