Various problems: Anything I might tell you would be an educated guess. I would be concerned about an inflamed vein in your leg with swelling causing the numbness. Get it checked out by your neighborhood podiatrist or orthopedist.

Back Strain: There can be a whole lot of reasons for having achy calves and tingling in feet. Since there is no swelling, it might be involved with you back. This could be positional or muscular in nature. If the symptoms persist, you will need to consult with a specialist.
